The Niagara Ice Wine Festival
For ten days in January the Niagara region is transformed into a wintry wonderland, celebrating one of Canada's most cherished products, Ontario Icewine. From Gala evenings, outdoor Icewine café's, ornate ice bars and Icewine Dinners, to roasting chestnuts, frozen grape picking and carriage rides along Niagara's famed wine route, the 12th edition of the Niagara Icewine Festival offers plenty for every taste.

CUVÉE Weekend
CUVÉE Weekend is a red carpet wine and food celebration like no other. Celebrate the best of the Ontario wine industry in red carpet style. This black tie optional gala is known as the not-to-be-missed event of the wine and food enthusiast's calendar. Taste specially selected wines from over forty wineries, including the winners of the Cuvée Awards, chosen by the winemakers themselves. Sample the creations of Canada's leading chefs and culinary institutes who prepare their delicacies before your eyes.

Wine and Herb Tour
Presented by Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake
All the weekends in May - 11 - 5 p.m. daily.
When spring is in the air, it's time for parsley, sage, rosemary and wine.
The Niagara-on-the-Lake Wineries invite pass holders to this culinary festival to discover food and wine pairings that bring out the sensory characteristics of each by using a specific herb in a featured appetizer. Visit each winery to sample an herb inspired food and wine pairing.

Niagara New Vintage Festival
At the participating wineries along the Niagara Wine Route. Various times and locations.
Building on the success of last years festival, the New Vintage Winery Touring Passport has been expanded to nine days of tastings, tours, seminars and many other special events focused on the newly released wines. A Passport will be your key to experience the first public samplings of 2004 and 2005's vintage at the various participating wineries along Niagara's renowned wine route.

Niagara Wine Festival
The Niagara Wine Festival is an annual celebration of the grape harvest.
The Festival has grown to over 100 events including winery tours and tastings, concerts, Niagara cuisine, artisan shows, wine seminars, family entertainment and one of Canada's largest parades, running in September.
